All mp3 purchases are final. Upon purchase the mp3 link will terminate after 10 uses and / or 1 days

BACK ORDER
BGI MERCHANDISE will try to re-stock the item as quickly as possible (shortly after your order is placed, our buyers will contact the manufacturers to ensure that the item is available for you). If we haven’t been able to locate and ship the item to you within 45 days of the order, the item will be cancelled and a full credit posted to the purchasing card. An order status email will be sent to you.

BGI MERCHANDISE Will hold your order until all items are available for shipment unless you order them each separately.

BGI MERCHANDISE Will refund or exchange any damaged, defective or unsatisfactory merchandise within 14 days of the purchase date upon notification to customer service. All merchandise for returns or exchanges must be returned in order to receive credit. All refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.

RETURNING ITEMS BY MAIL
1. Return a copy of the receipt of the purchase with the item. Retain a copy for your records
2. Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging and note the reason why.
3. Indicate the credit card used to place the order on the note
4. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the receipt and note. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
